• Display your team vacancies to players searching for opportunities
• Enable players to contact you regarding vacancies (via email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp)
• Manage your account and provide customer support
• Send important updates about your account or the PlayOn service
• Improve our platform and user experience
• Prevent fraud and ensure platform security

4. Information Sharing and Display

Public Display: When you post a vacancy, the following information is made publicly visible to all users:

• Your name (as the manager)

• Vacancy details (position, age group, experience level)

This public display is essential to the function of PlayOn - connecting players with teams. By registering and posting vacancies, you explicitly consent to this public display of your contact information.

Third-Party Sharing: We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your information is securely stored using Google Firebase, a secure cloud-based platform. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

PlayOn is designed for team managers (adults 18+) to post vacancies for youth football teams. While the platform helps young players find teams, we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18. Parents or guardians should supervise any interactions their children have through the platform.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information and vacancies from public display within 30 days, though some information may be retained in backup systems for a limited period as required by law.
